SanctionCheck Update

SanctionCheck regularly adds new databases as they become available or removes databases when they are taken offline or no longer updated. Please review the most recent SanctionCheck database exclusion list updates below.

• Idaho and North Carolina Opt-Out Medicare List. The website for this two-state database was removed in 2014, and we have not been able to update the data since then. We are researching sites that offer North Carolina and Idaho opt-out information separately and in a different format and hope to provide these in the near future.
• Tennessee Sex Offenders Registry. We requested and received monthly updates from the Tennessee State Bureau of Investigation for over a year, but were informed recently that these downloads would no longer be available.

There are two additional databases that have not been updated since late last year, but these remain on our list since both agencies have committed to post the data sources again.

• HEAL Defaulted Borrowers. Our contact at the Department of Education – Heal Program stated in an email sent in February,

We will update the listing soon and will notify you once we have the updates.

• North Carolina Excluded Providers List. The NC DHHS department has been promising to post the list again since the end of 2014.
