[CHANGES] Beginning Tuesday, May 20, 2014, the Florida Medicaid Sanctions database will return fewer names as we limit its entries to providers who have been sanctioned by Florida’s Medicaid office. To assist you in ruling out potential Florida Medicaid matches, we will also be adding the following new fields:

• Medicaid Provider Number
• License Number
• NPI Number
• Provider Type
• Sanction Date

[ADDITIONS] The Kansas Medicaid Termination List has been added to our catalog of searchable state databases. [LOGIN REQUESTS] Requesting a new log-in account? Our support staff is asking all new user name requests be e-mailed to support@sanctioncheck.com with the following information:

• Company Name
• 3-digit Customer ID (CusID appears in the search history listing) if available
