The Results

One hundred percent of director-level officials completed family relationship disclosures, creating the first comprehensive map of potential conflicts within the government. Several previously unknown relationships were identified and addressed through formal recusal agreements.

More importantly, the disclosure program became a permanent part of the city's governance infrastructure. New hires at the director level now complete the questionnaire during onboarding, and annual recertification ensures the data stays current.
